The corner terraced house Abelaki3 is situated in a beautiful hillside location above the sea in a row with two further terraced houses.Full furnished terraced house is surrounded by vineyards above the wonderful bay of Paramonas.The lush garden with plenty of regional flowers and plants has a small pool for children for the shared use of guests in 3 houses.This house has a second private terrace on the side with sight protection.From the garden you can enjoy view the hillsides and a sea view.

A small pathway leads you to this quiet, secluded and unique a-frame in the woods that overlooks the stables. It has a loft bedroom. Downstairs there is a small shower bathroom, adequate kitchen and a comfortable living room space. The rustic setting draws you outside. The trees, the flowers, the hammock, the picnic table, this is where you will want to spend most of your time. It is stunning. "Just like a fairytale". Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

The apartment is in a quiet street. If you like the peace, the nature and the Greek way of living, you will feel comfortable in the apartment and the village. In the region you can find beautiful beaches. The Natural beach Paramonas, which is 3 km away, can be easily reached on foot. Bigger beaches like Chaliokounas, Glyfada, Mirtiotisa are reachable in 15-30min with the car or motorcycle. If you wish and after arrangement a taxi driver or the rental of a scooter/car can be organized for you.
