It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

There is NO PARKING available outside the property, but there is port free parking or you will find parking space around the neighbourhood. It is an architecturally magnificent two-storey stone villa 330m2, with a huge garden of 1,300m2. The basic decor of the house remains the same, with furniture from the interwar era when it was built (1930). The guest house is located on the upper floor of the house and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room for ten people, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a second WC. All roomshave a personal terrace. A total of six people can be accommodated.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, where the sounds of nature and fresh air are predominate. Our little cottage is located on a hill, covered in trees. From our large patio, you can enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and clear skies. The cottage inside is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Please note, certain parts outside the cottage, such as the access road, need renovation. Car is essential as nearest shops Argos 15 km away!

Agroktima 农场乡村小屋

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
