Probablemente la mejor Urbanización de Vera y el mejor apartamento de la urbanización. Renovado en 2022. Vistas panorámicas espectaculares. Sol de mañana. Equipado con todos los electrodomésticos y menaje. Fibra. Cuartos de baño con platos de ducha en vez de bañera y con ventanas que aportan frescor en verano (Usarás poco el aire acondicionado). Terraza muy acogedora. Ascensor. 2 piscinas exteriores y otra cubierta climatizada con Spa en Otoño/Invierno. Tenis, padel, jardines, Parking cubierto..

Casa muy especial, por su ubicación, diseño y decoración. Situada en la localidad de Las Negras, a 10 minutos andado del pueblo y de la playa. Linda con el parque natural en un enclave totalmente tranquilo donde podrás disfrutar de unos maravillosos cielos de estrellas. La piscina y zona de estar exterior son totalmente íntimas orientadas hacia el Parque Natural. Dispone de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, 2 salones, proyector de cine, elementos para hacer deporte, cocina exterior, 2 chimeneas etc..
