It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).

Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Café, in dem auch gefrühstückt werden kann. ( Inklusive) Fahrräder können untergestellt werden. Nach Rücksprache können Gäste gerne einen Blick in die Backstube werfen. Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt ist bei uns genau richtig. Klein aber fein mit allem ausgestattet was man notwendig braucht. Heizung, kochmöglichkeit, ein eigener Garten und die Möglichkeit, je nach Jahreszeit unsere Sauna und/oder Badezuber dazu zu buchen. Brötchenservice etc. Der Wagen hat ein eigenes WC Häuschen. coole Wohnung in einem coolen Haus mit super Nachbarn. gut gelegen mit supermarkt 5 Minuten entfernt... zur Ubahn auch 5 Minuten zu Fuß... die Wohnung hat 105 qm, ein Schlafzimmer und ein ankleidezimmer in der ein Sofa zum ausklappen ist ... also für 4 Personen kein Problem ☺️... zur Messe sind es mit der Ubahn 20 Minuten .. und der kühlschrank ist bei Ankunft gefüllt mit Bier und Snacks 👌 ich werde bei Ankunft und Abreise da sein und alles erklären .. ich freue mich auf Dich/ Euch
