The house sits on 300m2 of the 2600m2 of natural landscape. The whole house is framed in the concept of Vagar - an expression that translates as "without having to do" but in full awareness of what surrounds us, sheep and the Alentejo plain. The land is bathed in the intensity of the sun and, due to its altitude, offers a magnificent view to the north of the “montado” and the Serra D'Ossa. The common and private functions are organized over a single floor. The house has air conditioner and pool.

Quinta tipicamente Alentejana, com uma grande piscina e a menos de 30 minutos de 4 Praias do Alqueva. A construção é a tipica do alentejo, com estrutura e tetos em madeira rustica, piso em peças de xisto. A casa tem no interior 6 quartos e uma enorme sala de 100 metros quadrados, ideal para momentos em familia ou com amigos. No exterior uma grande piscina com 50 metros quadrados, espreguiçadeiras e camas debaixo de uma pergula de 40m2.Ainda no exterior 2 zonas de relvado e um telheiro de 100 m2.

Made to enjoy life with friends & family this villa was designed by the well-known architect, João Favila Menezes. Estudio do OC makes part of a Main villa that became an important reference point for contemporary architecture in Alentejo. The studio interiors were decorated with TLC by us. Its located in the middle of the nature, cheeps and cows, 2h away from Lisbon or Faro airport. You need a car to get to the property, normally you can reach the property the same day you land in Lisbon.
