Seaside Casual Summer/Fall

The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Alpenglow Loft ~ 1Br/Ba W&D Radiant Charmer

Unique modern loft 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Cool A/C in bedroom, spiral staircase, sunny floor-to-ceiling windows and live plants. Comfortably furnished, conveniently located between Midtown and Downtown Anchorage. This charming home base is perfect for embarking on your Alaskan getaway. The unit is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, 43” Smart TV, stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi for your convenience. However, due to the spiral staircase, we do not recommend this unit for children.

Come and enjoy this quiet MIL apt with views of the gorgeous Alaska Range, catch a glimpse of Mt Redoubt, an active volcano and watch the sun glisten off of Cook Inlet! You'll love the large open space, full kitchen including many condiments so cooking is easy ~ great for the end of the day regrouping. We have four acres & several gardens to enjoy. Entrance through garage door. Private MIL apt separated from main house by a breezeway full of Alaska stuffed animals. You will love it here!

Located in the Knik Glacier Valley, this getaway provides a spectacular retreat with many options for local activities. Enjoy the hot tub or take in breathtaking mountain views from the balcony for a peaceful and relaxing escape. We are far enough from town to be surrounded by nature with frequent moose visits & exceptional northern lights, while still fairly close to restaurants and shopping (30 min). Some great local activities are heli rides, snowmachine expeditions, hiking and much more!

This beautiful private entrance, 2 bedroom mother-in-law apartment offers a great view of the Tanana Valley, wildlife and Auroras from the privacy of your own cedar deck. While seeming remote, it offers full amenities such as unlimited internet, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and bath and is only 10 minutes from town. This apartment is perfect for a family wanting to experience Fairbanks Alaska without breaking the bank, staying at a crowded downtown hotel or giving up home luxuries.

Top of Our House

This is an apartment on the top floor of our home in Girdwood with views of Alyeska, Fishes Breath, and Maxes Mountains. It is one mile from Alyeska ski resort, and near Virgin Creek Falls. It's a one bedroom with a king bed, full bath, kitchen, TV in the bedroom, and a kitchen table and couch. It is accessible by walking up two flights of stairs on the outside of the house. We live downstairs with a toddler who you will likely hear. Sometimes four wheel drive is needed in heavy snow.

The unit comes complete with everything needed to cook full meals, relax after a day in the mountains, and get a wonderful night's sleep to wake up refreshed for more adventures!

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit
