El apartamento tiene 2 dormitorios y dos baños completos , el primero tipo suite, con cama de 1,50 m. El Segundo dormitorio dispone de 2 camas individuales, ambos con TV. La cocina dispone de lavavajillas, lavadora, frigorífico, microondas , cafetera, y todo tipo de menaje para una estancia cómoda . Tiene una amplia terraza . En el barrio puedes encontrar todo tipo de comercios: supermercado, restaurantes, bares, ,farmacia, etc.. El apartamento esta junto a los Jardines del Triunfo.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

La cabaña Alcazaba, es un pequeño espacio en "el cielo", situada en las montañas del Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada, donde asomarse al embalse de Canales es todo un espectáculo para los sentidos ,es un lugar para disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad. Para estancias de más de 2 huéspedes, hay posibilidad, consultando previamente con los anfitriones. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 25€ a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.

La céntrica calle Alhóndiga está llena de vida y de comercios por el día, pero tranquila y silenciosa de noche. Al alojarse en la Cueva de David, serán autorizados a entrar hasta la cueva a través del Albaicín (Patrimonio de la Humanidad)
