La cocina dispone de lavavajillas, lavadora, frigorífico, microondas , cafetera, y todo tipo de menaje para una estancia cómoda . Tiene una amplia terraza . En el barrio puedes encontrar todo tipo de comercios: supermercado, restaurantes, bares, ,farmacia, etc.. El apartamento esta junto a los Jardines del Triunfo.

Al alojarse en la Cueva de David, serán autorizados a entrar hasta la cueva a través del Albaicín (Patrimonio de la Humanidad)
