Activities available at the park are plentiful and include hiking trails, walking paths, scenic running, mountain biking, fat biking, skating, canoeing, kayaking, cross country skiing, and swimming at Crowley Lake. Equipment for most activities can be rented at the Kivi Park Chalet or you can bring your own.

The shoreline at this cottage has a sandy beach. This cottage is just seconds from the ATV and snowmobiling trails! Closest grocery store and LCBO are only 4 min drive from the cottage. Boat rental is available, park at the local trailer park's marina across the bay to launch your own means of transportation or have our staff bring you to your island!

(Please Note: We do use a generator and have car/boat noise. We provide pillows, bed lines, and quilt blanket. There is also no toilet or shower in the cabin.)

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
