This newly renovated Studio is situated in a very popular, fantastic and strategic part of Tirana. It is just next to the Wilson Square. On one side of it you have the blloku area (the most popular area of the city) and on the other side you have the artificial lake which gives you the opportunity to a lot of varieties of "things to do " during your stay. This Studio is furnished with everything a guest might need. The studio is in the 5 floor, the view is super and you can have a quiet sleep.

The apt is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet place on a road without an exit(without traffic)and very close to the main Square. It's a fully renovated 64 m2 apartment. Renovated in Apr '21. It is only a 3min walk from New Bazaar and 9min from the principal square. From there you can access all directions in Tirana by car and public transportation. There is free wifi fiber optic cable with a speed of 60 Mbps and can use NETFLIX TV 49" fully smart TV. Car parking is possible on request.

A very nice apartment 20-30 meters from the lungomare. Wi-Fi included! This apartment has a full functioning kitchen with all the necessary equipment, the living room with L shaped sofa, cable TV and a balcony . The bedroom has one king size bed, one portable bed, an wardrobe and with the amazing view of the sea. We are happy to meet the guest as soon as they arrive to give them the key and take them to the apartment. This apartment has a very reasonable price compared to what it offers.
