It's open but defined spaces leave you feeling relaxed while works great as a base camp for your explorations of Albuquerque and beyond. It comes with a cozy yet high-end kitchen. The bathroom space is pocket-size with plenty of style. Some my find the bathroom space challenging. Located north of downtown on the fringe of a quiet residential area. This country setting offers privacy & quiet. Here nature, agriculture, charm & amenities mingle. Enjoy a firep on a cold night. Warm days enjoy the cool patio or sit under a tree. Enjoy a stylish experience. Two-room suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and a full private bath. Accommodates up to 4 adults. There is a private entrance to the suite. King bed, walk-in closet, and a dresser, side tables, ceiling fan w/ light, and a air filtration system. Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 vanities and standing shower.

This cozy home is centrally located in a safe, peaceful, quiet neighborhood with its own private entrance, balcony & living space. Great spot to get away and relax in the jetted tub or on the deck. Great location if you are working here, visiting, or passing through Albuquerque. It is 2 minutes to I-40, and only 15 minutes on average anywhere in Albuquerque. Shopping, restaurants, medical, golf coarse.

One of its greatest attractions, however, is its location; only a 20 minute walk to Historic Old Town Plaza. Sorry no pets!
