Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

You'll love staying in one of our cities' most interesting neighborhoods, an arts district where the locals live. We're 1.8 miles (10 mins drive) from the plaza & close to Meow Wolf. Cafes a 2 min walk. We are in a local arts area. If you want to stay near the touristy plaza-- not us. Also, no TV, but 300 MPS wifi. Our artfully designed cozy 220 sq/ft flat has a queen bed, a well equipped efficiency kitchen, and your own bathroom. Plus, the exterior deck is ideal for catching sunset views.

Small, but cozy and sunny Studio with sleeping loft (full size futon perfect for one person) is located in the heart of the old part of Santa Fe on a quiet street within walking distance to the Plaza. The decor is eclectic in the sense of "Santa Fe Style" popular locally with some distressed pieces of furniture. There is a kitchenette with 2 electric stove tops (no Microwave) convenient for quick heating up. There is a sturdy wooden ladder leading to the sleeping loft - beware if acrophobic.

It can be rented alone or with our casita de la Luz near Canyon Road Mountain views. Direct TV . The studio sleeps 2. There are basic kitchen necessities such as coffee and tea. We are providing a gas grill on porch for barbecuing. We are located on a quiet lane on the Historic Eastside near hiking.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, home entertainment system and indoor/ outdoor speakers for Bluetooth music connectivity.

You will find our casita down a peaceful, private lane next to the river. It is within walking distance to Canyon Road and the downtown plaza. This newly built casita is self contained with a full kitchen, one bedroom (queen bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer. Radiant heat keeps you toasty in the winter and ceiling fans provide cool air in the summer. There is a beautiful courtyard between the casita and main house with a rock fountain.
