The interior features classic Santa Fe style wood beam Viga ceilings, kiva fireplace stocked with wood, skylights, a full kitchen living area, private bedroom, soaking tub, modern appliances, washer & dryer, swamp cooler, WIFI, flat-screen TV, a lovely enclosed courtyard with mature trees and BBQ. Large windows admit beautiful light, outdoor patio has seating, dining areas and gas grill. Centrally located, this charming home features a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. We have four fireplaces in the house; the one in the master bedrooms upstairs can be used to burn wood.

The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!

The welcoming living space is perfect for lounging and watching a movie, or snuggling up and reading a book. Also an excellent space for a working trip! The electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and adds to the other historical charms of the casita such as the vigas and red brick flooring.
