Our handcrafted wood cabin has an ideal central location less than a half hour from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park for hikers and Cades Cove visitors. Likewise we are 25 minutes to the University of Tennessee for football games or college visits. Maryville College is just 3 miles away and McGhee Tyson Airport only 6 miles. This homey cabin with a great room/high ceiling roominess is tucked down near a creek with relaxed privacy and a front porch ideal for chilling out in a rocker.

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

The property has a year-round creek running in front of it and it is surrounded by trees where you can hear and see many birds including Woodpeckers, Cardinals, Mocking birds, etc. hence the name "Our Nest". This 815 square foot home built in 1945 has been completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Centrally located to shopping, dining, trails, 3.5 miles to UT campus and downtown Knoxville.
