Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Huset ligger på familie tomten vår, slik at dere får muligheten til å bo ved siden av lokale folk som gi dere tips om ting å gjøre i området. Sjøholt er den perfekte beliggenheten for å utforske turistattraksjonene i nærheten. Både sommer og vinter er dette en perfekt base-camp for å utforske Sunnmøre og Romsdal. Huset har en stille og rolig beliggenhet, og er godt utstyrt med det du har behov for.

Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. The house is spacious and comfortable. There are many interesting places to see in our area, both for adults and children. Feel peace and relaxation in this idyllic paradise. Fantastic view of the Moldefjord. A beautiful garden adds additional charm to your stay. Nature invites both skis and feet for a trip. You can rent a boat or bicycles. The property is a 5-minute walk from Moldefjorden and a 20-minute drive from the Skaret ski slope. Only 14 minutes from Molde city center.

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Bare 1 min unna med bil ligger også Digernes. Her har du tilgang til flere butikker, bakeri, burgerking etc. Er du glad i å fiske eller glad i å ta et forfriskende bad er også sjøen rett nedenfor, med bare 50 meter. Vi har også kano, som våre gjester kan få låne! Plass til 2 personer (muligens 3) flytevester er inkludert. Vi har også en liten grillplass utenfor med tilgang til bålpanne. Velkommen til Jensvika!

Her bor dere helt for dere selv med stor hage og terrasse, perfekt til å nyte lange sommerkvelder. Nydelig utsikt mot Ålesund, Runde og Sunnmørsalpene. Dere får nyte landlige omgivelser, og kan gå rett opp til Myklebusthornet (Ellingsøyas høyeste punkt). Gode parkeringsmuligheter ved huset. Mulighet for lading av el-bil.

Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)
