Crouch End was named ‘best London place to live’ by the Sunday Times - due to its amazing restaurants, shops and transport links. Our flat is really comfy with homely touches. It’s within a secure block, with amenities on the doorstep. The flat has acoustic glass windows, so very quiet, while being in the hustle and bustle. You will have sole use, but this is our home, so will find some of our possessions.

This Modern Apartment “Woodleigh” Built in 2013, was my Garden, I personally Project managed the build. I am very proud to share my Apartment and its very elegant and spacious, huge open living space with a large Double Bed and 1 large Double Bedroom. Wood Green Tube Station is 1 min walk away and home to the Brand New Totteham hotspurs Stadium as well as NFL. Alexandra Palace just a bus ride away or 10 minutes walk, also Alexandra Place is home to many Events.

Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
