Fully equipped kitchen with combination oven, spacious power shower and our on site laundry at the rear of the building are other features of note as well as first class transport lings directly into central London.
A delightful self-contained studio apartment in a period residence. This newly refurbished apartment has been completely remodelled but manages to retain all of its period features and charm. High ceilings and generous Victorian windows combined with concessions for modern living which make any length of stay a pleasure.
As an added feature this apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable single bed, ideal for couples or persons travelling with a child or for friends who just enjoy their own space.
As with our other apartments great care has gone into choosing the interior fittings and we have made a special effort to ensure that everything you will need for you stay, from bedding to pots and pans to hairdryers and ironing board….are provided for your use.
This residence features a communal laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers, which although not free are heavily subsidized and you can wash a load from just £2.
As you can see in the photos there is a comfortable sofa and the additional convenience of a table and chairs for dining.
The flat screen TV is 49'' HD 4K and the picture quality is excellent, it's mounted on a special bracket so as you can see it from where ever you are in the room.
Free WiFi is included and the code is made available in the guests welcome book which you can find in the apartment, together with a host of other information which we consider you may find useful.
As a general rule I prefer stays of four days or longer but shorter periods are maybe available so please ask if in doubt.

35 sqm Studio apartment with shower room and toilet, kitchen and access to a convenient laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
All locks are electronic and will open from the key fob supplied to you so you don't have to carry awkward keys.
The manager of the property is located nearby and is always available for advice or information.
Nearby Croydon Town Center has an abundance of restaurants, bars, and the new dining and entertainment concept, BOXPARK. The studio is also centrally located in London and a short walking distance from several major public transportation lines.
There is a bus route directly outside the property and East Croydon Station is just a 12 minute walk away. It is a major transport hub for trains buses and trams.
East Croydon Station is your gateway to London and the South East, use your Oyster or Travel card for convenient, frequent and speedy travel Directly into Central London. London Victoria in 16 mins and London Bridge in 20 mins.
Once in Central London you can access all of London's transport network, Underground, trains, trams and buses and see all that the one of the worlds leading cities has to offer.
Direct non stop and frequent 24 hour service to London Gatwick Airport normally in just 14 mins makes travelling to the airport a breeze.
The excellent tram system serving Croydon can also take you directly to Wimbledon, home of the famous tennis tournament. It takes just 30 minutes and costs around £4
