Heriots Croft is a beautiful Grade II listed country house built in the 1860's, and has recently undergone a complete renovation offering luxurious accommodation. Located in the peaceful hamlet of Twitton, nestled between Shoreham and Otford villages. The house overlooks the Darent valley and is situated 25 miles SE of London. Set in a tranquil and private location, Heriots is surrounded by a spacious garden, fields and woodlands, perfect for walks, local pubs, historic houses and golf courses.

The Lodge is set in a private, rural, stable environment and 8 mins to Chorleywood tube. A direct train into London is 30 mins. With its large open plan living area, fast WiFi and workspace, many guests work from home. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a generous sized bedroom. Sarratt has 3 x pubs with restaurants, a village store, Post Office all within a 5-10 min walk. On the edge of the Chilterns with stunning walks, it is a 15-20 min drive to Leavesden studios and Harry Potter World.

This is an amazing studio house with own back garden and private entrance. Separate kitchen inside the studio. Hotwater heater available to use for the guest. Property located in a area which is surrounded by epping forest. A lake is just 3/4 min walk where you can go out for a walk or relax with a cup of tea. There is a horse farm just 3/4 min walk where you can hire a horse for an hour and go for a ride and you are still in London!! The nearest train stop Manor park/ Wanstead( central line)

A stay at Old Brook Cottage is like going back in time - sloping floors, low ceilings, doorways that might require a duck/limbo and loads of character! Think the cottage from ‘The Holiday’ - only Jude Law probably won’t be dropping in!

We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen

The farmhouse features include outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a wonderful lake view, games room, access through booking for the horse cross country course (only in the summer). Inside the farmhouse, it’s cosy and warm, great for a Netflix session, fireplace and wine.

The Grange is an extremely spacious one bed annex and is ideal for couples, families, friends and/or commuters due to its semi rural location, just on the outskirts of London. It has high beams that make the property feel big and airy, giving it the countryside feel. The living area has a beautiful brick fireplace and the bedroom boasts a super king & double bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in bath & shower and a modern kitchen with all amenities and breakfast bar.

Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.
