Sarratt has 3 x pubs with restaurants, a village store, Post Office all within a 5-10 min walk. On the edge of the Chilterns with stunning walks, it is a 15-20 min drive to Leavesden studios and Harry Potter World.

With only the sheep for company you'll have exclusive use of a farmers 20 acre field with woodland and not another person in sight. Facilities include a large fire pit, eco-shower and toilet, hammock and swing. There's parking on site and a mainline London station only 5 minutes away by car. Extra tents available.

Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.
