New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable a summer getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the summer season. Walk down our path to your own private waterfront. Great place for couples, small families or friends getting together.

Adorable country guesthouse on Graham Lake

Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, a canoe and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

Our well insulated unit features a Smart Tv with streaming, fast WiFi, instant hot water and central location, with dockage available(add on) for Boats and fishing!

Rossie Rest

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Come to The Lake House Loft for a relaxing visit!

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

1000 Islands Waterfront Guest Cabin & Golf

This is a perfect stopover or getaway for golfing, biking, hiking, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water. or latte on the porch. We have a walk-in shower, a new deluxe Douglas mattress, quality organic linen and sateen cotton sheets, and fluffy towels. The exterior chairs will be replaced so we will update the photos soon. We welcome friends and family so our place can be busy on weekends. If you like your privacy but not seclusion, we welcome your visit!
