Inside, you'll find two bedrooms comfortably furnished with a total of three beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to six guests. With close proximity to Cardigan Mountain school Dartmouth & DHMC campuses, your home away from home awaits!

This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Lots of things to do in the area as well. The serene Indian Pond is located just down the road and it is ideal for swimming & kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Hike Mt. Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.

Hike local trails, stargaze in near-zero light pollution, or sit by the fire pit with the mountains in front of you. The optional wood-fired sauna steps from the door is the perfect end to the day. Welcome to Sugar River Treehouse! If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, in the most unique, breathtaking, beautiful setting, you have found it. On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.
