This is a very nice clean camper only minutes from the nys thruway , lake Erie Dunkirk ,Fredonia ,wineries and other area attractions. Fishermen welcome room for parking a boat. Penn State camping experience

We are located 3 miles above Grange Park in Centre Hall and 9 miles from Beaver Stadium. The RV is a 2023 Coachmen Catalina with 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 3 single bunks and a futon sleeper. Full hook ups and in place and the awning is out and fully furnished for your use. Beautiful views of Brush Valley into Penns Valley. Fully equipped with linens, pillows, towels, paper products, soap, hot water. Milk, juice, bread, cereal and breakfast bars.
