Updated modern mountain studio in beautiful Kirkwood, directly across from Chair 6/Cornice. True ski-in/ski-out in winter, world-class hiking, fishing and mountain biking right out your front door in summer. A scenic meadow behind the building is perfect for afternoon walks or cross-country skiing during ski season. Please read the whole description before booking! Only one garage parking space is guaranteed during the ski season. Sleeps up to 4, but 3 guests are recommended for comfort.

Christmas Valley Retreat

Private upstairs mother-in-law unit in quiet Christmas Valley, perfect for two. Enjoy a private entrance and comfortable retreat close to Kirkwood Mountain Resort and Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort. Hiking trails begin right outside the front door, with bouldering and the Truckee River just a short walk away. Part of our home, so limited household noise is possible. Note: This unit was previously listed under my a previous account and were as superhosts for years. We lost access to that account.
