The Stables - Farm at Freeburgh on Ovens River

With direct, private access to the Great Valley Trail and the Ovens River, The Stables provides luxurious bespoke accommodation and complimentary mountain bikes for your stay. Located on 10 acres, The Stables is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Barn. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing. Horse stays are also an option, with trail riding close by!

Saje's Pod

Saje's Pod is a two storey self contained unit with private access and parking. It has a queen bed with ensuite and an upstairs living area and kitchenette opening onto a shared deck with a barbecue for use by Pod guests. The Pod also has its own deck. The Pod and the House may be rented together. Saje's House is self contained. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed; the master with a king, 2 bathrooms and a laundry.

Farm stay in a luxurious modern cabin at the base of Mt Buffalo on a 100acre property. This unique and tranquil experience, your mud brick miners cottage on a lavender farm has fantastic views in all directions, is about 4km to all of the fine dining, shops and fun activities around Bright. Cycling, Golf and walking tracks, Mount Buffalo and its historic chalet are all nearby. With a adequate equipped kitchen and a BBQ on your own veranda where you can eat and enjoy the view. Great sunsets, starry nights, wood fire and a nearby mountain stream

Little Farm Accommodation

We are nestled in the foothills of the Victorian Alps,close to Bright. There is a crystal clear stream suitable for trout fishing nearby. Our little farm consists of cattle, chickens, two dogs, chestnuts and blueberries and bountiful Australia wildlife. The cottage(bedsit) is self contained and private, with one double and two single beds plus a very large shady garden with a BBQ and Gazebo. Pets are welcome. We very much welcome international travelers to this beautiful area.
