Your family will be close to everything with a view of everything when you stay at this centrally-located, quiet place situated at the base of A Mountain. El Pino is Spanish for The Pine, chosen for the property's towering pine trees and because locals commonly refer to the town as "the pine." Inside: luxurious mattresses, 300 mb/s Wifi, a smart TV, a well-stocked kitchen, central cooling/heating. Outside: shaded seating areas, 4-person hot tub, wood-burning fireplace & a propane BBQ grill.

Mountain View Guest House

A well-maintained guesthouse with the feel of the Old West. Located far enough out of Alpine to give you a rural feel, but just minutes from downtown, the guesthouse is 30 feet from our house. We are very respectful of your privacy, and all of the facilities are yours to use. Sit out on the large covered porch and enjoy the view, or visit with our livestock. We are pet-friendly. Relax around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub while watching the sky for shooting stars and satellites.

Tiny Cottage - Located in the heart of downtown Alpine, Texas, this separate, diminutive cottage (1 room and bath) was a teeny office (168sf) back in the day! The bed is only a 3/4 bed ( wider than a twin, but less wide than a double)! The TINY cottage is situated downtown, behind the locally owned salon and barber shop, Americana. Enjoy the Backyard, adjacent to the Dragonfly Cottage!

El Viejo Adobe - Across from Sul Ross campus!

This el viejo (old adobe) sits directly across the street from the beautiful Sul Ross State University campus and just a few blocks from downtown Alpine. This is a great basecamp while exploring all that Alpine and Big Bend have to offer. Marfa and Fort Davis are short drives away with beautiful scenery in between. This location is not suitable for children under 12.
