Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. CHECK-OUT Normalmente l'appartamento deve essere liberato, il giorno del check-out, non dopo le 11,00 - mezzogiorno (12,00 pm). Sarà cura ed onere dell'Host comunicare tempestivamente agli Ospiti la possibilità di effettuare il check-out anche più tardi, laddove richiesto, compatibilmente al calendario ed alle esigenze della Proprietà. Il check-out può essere effettuato dagli ospiti in completa indipendenza, senza alcun bisogno di attendere l'Host, seguendo le seguenti struzioni: alla ,loro partenza, gli Ospiti possono lasciare le chiavi di casa sul tavolo da pranzo, tirandosi dietro la porta e avvisando tempestivamente l'Host. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. Agli Ospiti è sempre concessa la possibilità di lasciare, laddove richiesto, le proprie valigie ed i propri effetti personali, anche dopo il check-out, in un luogo sicuro fintanto che ne abbiano bisogno. ________________________________________ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATIONS CHECK-IN Flexibility as the main rule: Host guarantees its availability for check-in at any time of day or night without any additional fees. Then, at no more than 10 minutes walk you can get to Piazza Santa Croce and Mercato dei Ciompi are just a couple of minutes walk, Duomo, Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria (together with Palazzo Vecchio), Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti... The area is full of good restaurants, pubs, wine bars, traditional ice cream laboratories, nearby grocery stores, shops in general. At nigh the apartment is quite and the very comfortable mattresses of the bed and the sofa bed, together with screens at the windows or dark thick curtains, will let you enjoy a pleasant sleep. From the windows you can see the typical road downstairs, Santa Croce in the background, and a wide and bright private court over the typical red Florentine roofs. The kitchen is fully equipped, modern and new. Air conditioning will refresh the whole Attic in a few minutes, in case of a warm day. And in case of a cold day, the heating is on to keep warm the area. The bathroom is equipped with a tub that can be used as a shower for pampered thanks to the double water jet: the standard shower and the large shower pan. Other notable landmarks are an easy walk away as well as Florence's exceptional cuisine, charming street cafes, and vibrant nightlife. You will be just great on foot staying at my place, but if you don't like to walk, there are some alternatives. Very nearby there is a bike rental, or you can download the app "Mobike" to use the bikesharing service in Florence. Also nearby Bohémienne Penthouse there are several public bus stops. Using public bus is easy checking the route planner on their site. Just on the other side of Piazza Santa Croce there is a taxi station, where you can get your cab to anywhere in Florence at honest rates. A car is not necessary to enjoy Florence city center, on the opposite it may also turn a small nuisance. There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right in front of the building and there are tram stops nearby to explore other parts of the city. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.
