The 'NEST' Enjoy a stylish sanctuary nestled in a private garden. Modern & clean, this well-appointed 'Nest' is walking distance to historic downtown Grass Valley with cafe's, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, heated public pool, pickleball courts, yoga studios, gyms, walking trails, historic museums, farmers markets, the Center for the Arts, and the Nevada County fairgrounds, and only 4 miles from Historic Nevada City with all of it's Victorian splendor. 'Nest is a step up, literally!

Hummingbird House at Organic Gardens1

Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

The Dogwood House

A beautiful 550 square foot self built house in the woods. Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, big bathtub, art, extra bedding, TV, library and washer.
