Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

Access to the Old Town of Altea is a 15 min walk.

Bienvenidos a Nuria’s art loft, un precioso apartamento muy luminoso y recién reformado, en una calle muy tranquila del casco antiguo de Jávea donde disfrutar de paseos por su peculiar entramado de calles estrechas, fachadas blancas, ventanas góticas y piedra de Tosca. Un lugar ideal para encontrar multitud de restaurantes, comercios, mercado de Abastos, Museos…. El apartamento se encuentra a 1,5km del Puerto y de la playa de la Grava, a 2km de la playa del Montañar y a 3km del Arenal.

Apartamento que consta de habitación con baño abierto de 23 m2 y salón de 20m2 separado de la habitación con sofa cama. Tiene una pequeña cocina recientemente reformada. Tiene un balcón privado con vistas al mar donde uno puede sentarse tranquilamente a disfrutar y relajarse. La casa está en pleno casco viejo pero no en las calles más transitadas. La entrada y salida se puede hacer por medio de lockbox, si no estoy en casa en ese momento no hay problema!
