This romantic & family friendly lakefront chalet comes with a private beach, hot tub, camp fire, and stunning views. It’s a serene home base to explore everything the Lakes Region has to offer. Mid Apr-Oct we also provide kayaks and paddle board. Enjoy the beach, swim, kayak, bike, fish, hike, or explore quintessential New England towns and food scene. Quiet location but close enough to Lake Winnipesaukee, Mt Major, Wolfeboro, Bank of Pavillion, boat launches, & docks, beaches, restaurants, shopping, sking, snowmobiling, boat rides, scuba diving, biking, kayaking, leaf peeping!

Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Welcome to Lake a Dream… Here is your chance for a fun filled family vaca on Lake Winnie in the summer or a cozy couples getaway in the winter! With just a quick 3 minute walk you can enjoy some sunshine & sand on the beach! Or a 5 minute drive into downtown Wolfeboro to experience it’s charm; waterfront dining, ice cream, shops, cafés & more! For winter stays, cozy up by the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa & some fun family games! The cottage is not far from Gunstock & Kingpine.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
