The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Bring the whole family to this wonderful oasis w/plenty of space for fun inside & out! Enjoy access to Lake Winnipesaukee in the summer & year-round access to Gunstock Mountain Ski Resort! This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Linens & towels provided. There is also a Pack&Play/Highchair. Fully stocked kitchen w/a table that extends to seat 8. Outside is amazing! Large deck & gated section perfect for the dogs. LOTS of flat yard space for the kids to run around & play lawn games!

1B Cottage w/Kayaks-Lake Winnipesaukee View/Access

Quaint 1 bedroom cottage w/views of Lake Winnipesaukee available year-round. Our deck is literally on Lake Winnipesaukee and a 3 minute walk from the cottage. Here you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views, participate in lake activities such as swimming off our dock, using our kayaks, diving board, etc. The public beach is steps away, along with restaurants, ice cream, water sport rentals, mini-golf & entertainment. Perfect for couples or small family & is pet friendly. Cottage has heat & AC.

Enjoy everything Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer with private beach passes. Located directly between downtown Wolfeboro and Alton Bay, a quick 10min drive will get you to either. A 30min drive will get you to Gunstock Resort or Mount Major. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and views from the elevated deck, while you sit around a gas fireplace. The interior provides a spacious open concept layout with a large couch, 75" TV and a stocked kitchen. Enjoy the health benefits of the relaxing Infrared Sauna.

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

A lovely lake-front cottage with a private beach on quaint Sunrise Lake! The house has a great view overlooking the water. Enjoy a beautiful morning view of the sun rising onto the lake with a cup of coffee or tea, grilling a tasty dinner on the deck, and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit for dessert. We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.
