Our location is on a quiet dead-end street in the beautiful redwood forested mountains above Felton. We have an intimate private suite (bedroom with Queen bed, sitting room and bath), with its own entrance. We have a wide view of the San Lorenzo Valley, and are only 2 miles from downtown Felton. Access to hiking, mountain biking, coast trail and surfing is within minutes. We are taking the current coronavirus situation very seriously, and have implemented advanced cleaning procedures.

Our home is on 1/2 acre hilltop lot, in a secluded, very quiet cul-de-sac, with easy access to major freeways, minutes from SJC airport, downtown, SAP, SJSU, convention center. This listing is for an entire separate unit, attached to main house. It features 2 rooms with private yard and pool to yourself. You are free to relax in the back yard with view, surrounded by mature trees, hummingbirds, butterflies while surf the net, or swim in our private pool when weather permitted.

Hello world traveler. Thanks for choosing our beautiful casita. This lovely home can sleep up to four people. One room has a queen size bed, the second has a full size bed. We can provide an air mattress too if needed. Enjoy our new kitchen, bathroom, comfortable living room, big screen TV, & WIFI. Big backyard! There is one designated parking space in the driveway. We are pet friendly but please check with me first. We are compliant with COVID-19 cleaning guideline.

This home has lots of light, new appliances and furniture. You are renting the entire home in the rear of the property. This is in an older, diverse neighborhood, with friendly Hispanic, Portuguese, Viet, Black and White neighbors, and a low crime rate. The pets in the listing are actually in the front house. The back house is pet friendly, but cleaned after each visit. There are neighborhood cats outside. Easy access to bus lines, and two major highways (101 and 280).

SAP (Sharks & concerts) is a 15 minute walk. (We are in the real downtown perimeter.) This reservation is for our fully-loaded, newly remodeled detached unit bedroom studio in the back of the home.
