This is a beautiful apartment in the perfect location for a country, town and beach vacation. It has panoramic views from the wrap around balcony of the countryside and ocean, with great bird watching. You are steps away from the restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the center of Alvor, and 1 km away from some of the best beaches in Europe. It's a bright and sunny upstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with TV, fully stocked kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine & A/C.

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

A comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. A De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s. Maximum number of guests are three (3). I can only take one infant/toddler up to the age of 3 years due to there is only one travel cot.

The compound has beautifully tended gardens, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for small children) and lots of space to relax and play. Outside of the compound there are all sorts of services available within a short walk ( bars and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, hairdresser, ATM, grocery shop)
