Our home sleeps 8 comfortably in this 3 br 2.5 bath. SeaLaVie is just a short walk to one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Inlet Beach is known for its quiet and uncrowded beaches, walking distance to 30A and about 30 minutes to Destin. This is a non smoking property inside & out. Please do not book if you smoke. Please note that AirBnB only collects Florida Tax. I will collect Walton County tax of 5% about a month before your stay and when I send out your house code.

This fabulous beach view home is a great vacation spot for everyone! It has 3 bedrooms + a bonus room with a king size bed and futon, and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor has a large living room with 2 sofa sleepers, a large kitchen/dining room and a half bath. The 2nd floor has an open style bonus room with king bed, and full-size futon. Also, there is another king bedroom w/ an attached full bath. The 3rd floor has 2 queen bedrooms with attached full bathrooms.

It is equipped with its own bathroom and kitchenette area. You are half a block away from the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach and short minutes away from Pier Park! 30A, voted best US Beach in 2020, is also a short drive away. This is a beautiful 3 beds room 2.5 bath beach side charm that sleeps 6 comfortably! Just a short walk to the worlds most pristine beaches, or a short walk to the lake access where you can fish off the pier and both are within 150 yards approximately. Also, you can walk/bike to shops, dinning and live music of Rosemary Beach. Also you can drive 4 minute down to Camp Helen State park where you can jet ski, rent kayaks, and canoes, and go to lake or gulf on them.
