Walk to the community pool, Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park. Includes beach gear, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, coffee maker, washer/dryer, WiFi, 3 Smart TVs, linens, towels and much more!

This home is an 8-minute drive to Pier Park and just 10 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum.
