The attic can accommodate 4 persons + 2 on the sofa bed. The Palace Rocco is accessed from the small square of the town hall with a pedestrian street of 200 meters without stairs and flat. The bus stop, shops and restaurants are within 250 meters.

It is a house from the 1600s, renovated, and retains the original domes with friezes of the time.
