La dimora è stata oggetto di una ristrutturazione durata cinque anni, mantenendo tutte le caratteristiche architettoniche sia all'interno che all'esterno, con muri faccia vista e archi in tufo. All'esterno si può usufruire di tre posti auto. La casa gode di una spettacolare esposizione sia a sud che a nord.

Podere Pereti Nuovi - 现代托斯卡纳别墅

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

Casa Melangolo - 石榴

Our newly restored Melograno apartment is a new addition to Casa Melangolo, a XIX century family villa surrounded by olive trees and a lemon grove, offering stunning views over mount Vesuvius and the bay of Naples. It's a space to slow down and connect with nature. The property offers two swimming pools, a sauna, outdoor spaces for aperitivo and dinners on request.
