It is located in the hamlet of Catignano in Gambassi Terme, just a few kilometres from San Gimignano. The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, dominates the Chianti valleys and enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence just 35 minutes by car The apartment is on the first floor of the main farmhouse, with independent access and a tree-lined garden. Furnishings in the classic Tuscan style, with wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors that give a characteristic touch.

Podere Pereti Nuovi - 现代托斯卡纳别墅

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
