No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Situato in uno splendido giardino all'italiana e adagiato su un morbido prato inglese, il Trullo Giardino Fiorito, costruito alla fine del 1700, è l'ideale per chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno nella splendida Alberobello in pieno relax a 300 metri dal centro cittadino, ma lontano dalle vie più affollate e caotiche del Paese. La Terrazza di Vittoria è un delizioso monolocale su un unico livello immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. È situato a pochi metri dalla casa padronale e a soli 2 km da Città della Pieve. L’ampio giardino che circonda l’abitazione è una terrazza naturale sul Lago Trasimeno. È arricchito da una pergola dotata di tavolo e barbecue a disposizione per i vostri pasti in totale relax. Al suo interno, in uno spazio di 40mq, si trova un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un bagno e cucina attrezzata.

IL BORGO - 科莫湖

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Podere Pereti Nuovi - 现代托斯卡纳别墅

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
