The villa has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and has been completely renovated and carefully decorated for our guests. The condo offers a king-size bed and a pull-out couch that can comfortably sleep four people. The patio is the ideal place to take in the fresh Florida air, relax and unwind.

The beautifully renovated completely stocked bathroom is spacious. There is a private spacious hot/cold shower on the lower deck as well! Our kitchen is perfect. We have added 3 bikes! Located on the wonderfully quiet and pristine Amelia Island and steps from the ocean, when you visit our home for a week, you may find yourself wanting to stay a month.

Welcome to 1326 Shipwatch, a relaxing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the Destination Amelia Vacation Rental Collection. This fully-equipped, refurnished property is tucked within the southern-most cluster of the Shipwatch Villas, an oceanfront complex situated in the gated Amelia Island Plantation. It offers access to its seasonally heated pool. *Dogs are considered but must be approved by management. Guests must agree to certain terms and the required pet fee is $150 (plus 12% tax.)

It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
