Pine Estate - Private Apartment

Our property is a spacious four-room apartment in a peaceful country setting, while conveniently located, 2 miles to Nashua, close to highways, & about 50 minutes to Boston. Hollis is a charming active farming community offering orchards,trails,art studios and a winery! Please note prior to booking: Apartment is accessed via a small grassy hill of 35 feet long, with a gentle 4-foot embankment. As such, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. We also have a no-pets policy.

This cozy 2 story guest suite w/separate entrance and deck, is part of a large 200 year old Amesbury farmhouse set on a peaceful 3 acre lot. The first floor contains a comfortable living/dining area, along with small charming bathroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling, skylights, king-sized bed and sitting area. Amesbury is steeped in history and guests will be close to amazing breweries, restaurants, historical sites, shops, galleries, walking trails, lakes, beaches and more!

Move-in ready, furnished & fully equipped apartment near downtown & river in working class, generally quiet pocket neighborhood. Separate entrance, spacious sleeping/living room, lots of windows, DOUBLE bed, couch, AC, TV, cable & WiFi, 3/4 bath. We disinfect spaces with UVC lamp & hospital-grade cleaning products as part of our deep cleaning & disinfection protocols, often closing between guests. Distance check-in. WALK to local fresh market, restaurants, cafes & bars for takeout or eat in.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Antique New England getaway . Recently renovated, but tastefully original. Everything you need is within walking distance; shopping, grocery, dining, lake, short drive/ride to beach. The space is about 900sqft; 1 bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and an additional room in which a twin bed can be put (upon request). It will comfortably hold 4 adults, but will accommodate up to 7.
