Music Studio 307 is a professional recording/rehearsal studio located in an artist community in Stafford, CT. We are located perfectly in the middle between Boston and NYC, 15 minutes to UConn, 20 minutes to the Brimfield Antique show and 40 minutes to the new MGM Casino in Springfield, MA. Our town offers many restaurants, boutique stores and parks all within walking distance along with Art and Music events.There is a Yoga studio, Recording Studio, Dance Studio and Vintage Shop on our premises.

Guilford Grove Cottage is a simple, comfortable small cottage on the threshold of the forest. A quiet and clean refuge with everything you need to relax in scenic southern Vermont. Prepare meals in the kitchen (breakfast supplies provided), relax on the loveseat, chill on the covered porch and enjoy being on the edge of nature; shoe-free and free from chemicals and artificial fragrances. Brand new construction. Easy access from I-91 & Route 2, 15 mins from Brattleboro and 20 to Greenfield, MA

Suite 23 - Spacious Sunny 2-BR with Mountain view

Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

Relax and watch the sheep graze in the pasture. Enjoy the amazing night sky. Fabulous modern two bedroom handicapped accessible in law suite with separate entrance. Fireplace, washer/dryer, heat, central A/C. King adjustable bed on main level, King and pull out sofa on 2nd floor. Both bedrooms have 50” TV’s. Full kitchen. Located in North Granby, CT. Quiet location yet close to major attractions and Bradley airport. We have 8 resident well behaved dogs THAT RUN FREE on the property -

Hilltown Studio

Stunning 2nd floor studio (limited kitchenette with easy to prepare Breakfast foods provided) close to Northampton, Smith and the Five Colleges, scenic drive to the Berkshires, one mile to the Snow Farm and just minutes to Valley View Farm. Lovely space & private deck overlooking perennial gardens & wildlife wandering by. Perfect stop when traveling through Western Mass, touring local colleges or a trip to enjoy the music, museums and restaurants in the Pioneer Valley and Berkshires.

Tiny House on Big, Pet-Friendly Farm

Cozy, clean 350sf tiny house on gorgeous farm. Enjoy the serenity of rural life, while being 15 minutes away from downtown Springfield and MGM Casino and 5-15 minutes away from all the local universities. Pet-friendly with a private yard and view you could look at all day. King-size bed, smart TV, electric fireplace, AC/heat and more! Tiny house rental includes the house, private yard and one parking space. If you’d like to utilize our larger fields, that can be reserved separately.

The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine.
