Welcome to our beautiful holiday home, Grisiau’r Afon (The River Stairs). We’re a young family of five, we’ve been holidaying on Angelsey for most of our lives, The Island holds a special place in our hearts and has so much to offer. We hope you’ll join us in enjoying the experiences it offers. Grisiau’r Afon is conveniently located in the centre of the pretty seaside village of Cemaes Bay. Our cosy cottage is close to the beach and boasts a sheltered terraced garden overlooking the River.

Beudy'r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. We also have another listing, ‘Stablau’r Esgob’ which may be of interest.

Situated in the perfect costal location - just a short stroll down the high street and you can explore Cemaes bay’s two beaches, as well as Anglesey’s renowned coastal path boasting breathtaking cliffside views of the sea. All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.
