Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Het huisje beschikt over een gezellige woonkamer en open keuken, alwaar vloerverwarming is. Een TV is aanwezig, welke alleen te gebruiken is met de Chromecast(is aanwezig). Douche en toilet zijn aanwezig. Boven is er slaapgelegenheid voor 3 personen. Ook kunt u zitten op onze sfeervolle veranda; leuk om te ontbijten, eten of een boek te lezen. In de tuin zijn meerdere knusse hoekjes om in te zitten. Komt u met de boot? Geen probleem, naast het huisje is er de mogelijkheid uw boot aan te leggen.

Dutch family house in Edam (20 min from Amsterdam)

Due to new regulations we wil offer priority for retuning guests. Please inform for availibitity. One minute from the bus station in Edam. 20 minutes from city center Amsterdam, safe, causy, quiet & child-friendly neighbourhood. A 100 meters from the known Edam cheese markets. From here: visit most of the Netherlands within 2 hours drive. Perfect for a family with one or two children. You will be renting the whole house, with garden. Bathtub in a fully niew bathroom ! Fireplace NOT in use.

Romantisch nieuw vakantiehuisje met veranda aan het water én ruime privétuin, midden in natuur-en vogelgebied tussen Alkmaar en Hoorn. Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht, ruime badkamer met douche en bad of ga op avontuur met de kano de polder in. Het Weidehuisje voelt als een afgelegen privé paradijs, maar ligt verrassend centraal in Noord-Holland. Of je nu wil fietsen, wandelen, vissen, vogels spotten, dorpen ontdekken of gewoon even helemaal niets doen. Dit is de plek waar je op adem komt.

Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Ons guesthouse ‘Achterom’ staat in het prachtige, rustige Watergang. Je bent in 12 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam met de auto of bus. Lekker buiten combineren met alles wat de stad te bieden heeft. Het guesthouse zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een (korte) vakantie nodig hebt. Our guesthouse 'Achterom' is located in the beautiful, quiet Watergang. You reach the center of Amsterdam in 12 minutes by bus or car. Nice outdoors combined with everything the city has to offer.

Rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie voor 2 personen. Vlakbij zee, strand, bos en stad (Alkmaar, Haarlem, Hoorn en Amsterdam). Fijn huisje met eigen toegang en terrasje met meubilair. Compleet ingerichte keuken met oventje. Houtkachel, hoek zitbank en smart TV. Vaste vlizotrap naar boven (vide). Sta hoogte boven is 1.30cm! Tweepersoons bed 1.80x2.20cm. Regendouche/toilet. Niet geschikt voor kinderen. Geen huisdieren. Roken is niet toegestaan.

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.
