Bij het pittoreske dorpje Watergang ligt ons prachtig gelegen gastenverblijf “Sparrowhouse”. Het verblijf bevindt zich 5 km boven Amsterdam, midden tussen de weilanden en aan de Broekervaart. Het Sparrowhouse biedt veel privacy. U heeft een eigen badkamer en keuken. Een privé tuin staat tot u beschikking met uitzicht over de weilanden, de Broekervaart en aan de skyline ziet u Amsterdam. 2 fietsen staan gratis tot uw beschikking. Compact studio for 2 persons, 10 minutes from Amsterdam. Beautifull view over the pastures, the tipical Dutch 19th century sight located in a unique wild reserve. The studio is equiped with a kitchen, bathtub and underfloor heating. You can take the bike, hire a canoe, hike or just relax. The bus gets you to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Breakfast is available upon request (€12,50 per person). Situated 25 minutes from Amsterdam. Please note the studio is best accessible by car.

Lovely private cottage with spectacular views very near Amsterdam and the famous historic Zaansche Schans. The cottage is situated in the typical historic village Jisp and overlooks a nature reserve. Guesthouse op landgoed aan de Vecht

Logeren in het voormalige achttiende-eeuwse zomerhuis van de Bouwerij op landgoed Ridderhofstad Gunterstein aan de Vecht in Breukelen. Het zomerhuisje staat op het erf van een kleinschalig biologisch melkveebedrijf, een boerderij met 70 hectare land grenzend aan de Loosdrechtse plassen, waar onze koeien, veelal oer-Hollandse blaarkoppen, grazen in een eeuwenoud parkachtig cultuurlandschap.

Op De Noord – Landelijk Amsterdam

Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.

Public transport is available 24X7: Amsterdam Center ~ 30 min. Schiphol airport ~ 20 min. Amsterdam Arena (Ziggo Dome) ~ 5 min. Big lake, cycling and walking trails are located 5 minutes walking. Bicycles are available.
