Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Denali View! Sauna! 1 mile to Glen Alps/Flattop TH

Lone Pine Cottage is nestled against the Chugach State Park. Walk out the front door and explore the meadow of wildflowers below, or the forest next to the cottage which leads directly into the Chugach. The Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead is 1 mile up the road and provides easy access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, climbing, and skiing adventures. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

Scenic Getaway with Hot Tub

Located in the Knik Glacier Valley, this getaway provides a spectacular retreat with many options for local activities. Enjoy the hot tub and take in breathtaking mountain views from the balcony for a peaceful and relaxing escape. We are far enough from town to be surrounded by nature with frequent moose visits & exceptional northern lights, while still fairly close to restaurants and shopping (30 min). Some great local activities are heli rides, snowmachine expeditions, hiking and much more!

Ron’s Knik Glacier Views is a brand-new private guest suite with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and River. Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. Cupples Cottage #3: Downtown!

Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. Fast forward over 70 years and 3 generations and the property has been reimagined as Cupples Cottages Vacation Rentals, operating since 2017.

Located near the Airport and on the world famous Coastal Trail right on the water of the Cook Inlet, the location boasts a super fast (fastest) internet connection and unlimited downloads for business traveler’s needs. End of the Road Cottage in Hope, AK

This cottage sits at the end of a quiet road just a 10 minute walk from downtown Hope, AK. The house is on 3 acres and has great sun on the deck. The cottage has heat and electricity. Bathroom includes hot shower, sink and toilet. Kitchen is fully furnished. Queen sized Bed is in loft up a steep staircase. Owners are next door and happy to answer questions, particularly about rafting Sixmile Creek, as Gareth is a guide for FlowAK. Be advised there is no gas station in Hope!
