Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

See photos for more info. It’s a 1 bed/1 bath with 3 beds to satisfy a family of 4. Rents for $250/a night. There is an Elec.Fireplace, SmartTV, DBL Vanity, Wifi, Micro/DW/Toaster. NO SMOKING-NO PETS. The complex also offers in a common area bath and shower, Sauna, Pool table, W/D ($2 per load).

The Alyeska Resort and it's new Nordic Spa are located 1.3 miles away on a bike path. The Bungalow is a studio home located in a quiet area. It has a well stocked kitchen, a queen bed, a convertible chair, suitable for a child, bathroom with tub and shower. No pets.
