Walking distance to the beaches in the area for sunbathing and swimming and with good communication to the city of Gothenburg. A 4 minute walk to the bus stop with direct bus to City of Gothenburg takes about 25 minutes and by car 20, close to all shops and restaurants in Torslanda Amhult center

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. The accommodation is just as suitable for stays for you on longer or shorter work assignments as it is for a small family or two adults on holiday. The accommodation is close to nature, the sea and the archipelago. Walking distance to bus and grocery store. By bus you can easily get to both the center of Gothenburg and the Norra Archipelago. About 15 minutes by car to Volvo, Preem, the Port of Gothenburg.

Med den privata badplatsen får du chansen att verkligen komma nära naturen och njuta av allt som skärgården har att erbjuda. Här finns plats för hela familjen att trivas och skapa minnen för livet. Låt barnen leka fritt i trädgården medan de vuxna njuter av lugnet och harmonin, strövar runt i skärgårdsnaturen eller tar en runda på den närliggande golfbanan.

Här bor ni precis vid vattnet bara ett boulekast från hamnplan, på lugna och idylliska Kalvsund i Göteborgs norra skärgård, den sydligaste delen av Bohuslän. Vår fina ö är en riktig skärgårdsidyll. Här finns inga bilar, bara hus, små båthamnar, promenadstigar, vår berömda båk, bohuslänska klippor och salta bad på någon av våra fina badplatser. Ändå är det lätt och smidigt att med kollektivtrafik ta sig till central Göteborg med allt vad staden har att erbjuda.

Fin stuga med alla bekvämligheter som ligger 120 meter från havet i Torslanda. Stugan är ca 40 kvm men upplevs större då det är högt i tak och mycket ljusinsläpp. Sovrum med havsutsikt och utgång till altan i söderläge. Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng om 180 cm. Öppen planlösning kök/vardagsrum. Nytt fullutrustat kök med ugn, induktionshäll, micro, diskmaskin, inbyggd kyl och frys. Toalett med duschhörna och golvvärme. Egen trädgård.

In the area you’ll find the swimming spot “Hälleviken,” which has a waterslide, bathing jetty, swim raft, and a kiosk (open in summer). Swimming from the cliffs is also available nearby.
