Hytta har også eget spabad som kan brukes av våre gjester. Perfekt base for en utforskende ferie i Vesterålen/Lofoten, eller bare for å være for seg selv og slappe av. In Hovden there is little light pollution and it provides good opportunities to see the northern lights in the period August to March. The midnight sun lasts from mid-May to mid-July, a few weeks before and after this period the nights are as bright as the days.

Welcome to our peaceful accommodation in the countryside with a balcony and beautiful views of the Lofoten mountains, the sea, the northern lights and the midnight sun. Own apartment on the 2nd floor in the garage with a balcony, bathroom, combined kitchen and living room with a double bed for two people, a sofa bed for two people and two extra guest beds. There is also a home cinema system. Short drive to Lofoten, moose safari, reindeer farm, whale watching and other nature experiences.

A unique experience close to nature. Our cabin is situated in untouched wilderness, close to lakes, valleys and mountains. Unlimited fishing and hiking potential. 35 minutes drive from airport & Harstad, 2.5 hours from Lofoten. Road access and free parking by the cabin. 10 minutes drive to grocery store & the sea. Built after the war by a woman named Hulda, it’s still known to the locals as “Hulda-huset.” My husband and I spent a year renovating it with local materials, honouring its original design. Today, it also serves as an Artist Residency, with artworks from past and future guests gradually filling its walls.

Gåsøya 4 er hytta vår som ligger idyllisk til ved vannkanten på Gåsøya om lag midt på Bleiksvatnet. Den har plass til fire gjester. To minutter å kjøre fra parkeringsplassen opp til den kjente fjelltoppen Måtind. Hytta har innlagt vann og strøm, gang, to soverom, toalettrom med dusj, stue og kjøkken. Gapahuken ligger helt i vannkanten. Båtnaustet som ligger mellom gapahuken og hytta, er utstyrt med benker og bord og egner seg godt som oppholdsrom.
