Murphys Del Mar, located in the historic gold rush town of Murphys, CA, is the perfect place for friends and family to get away. Recently renovated, this 1400 sq. ft. home is on a corner lot just far enough away from downtown to shield any town noise yet close enough to walk to dining and wine tasting. We're also going green! As far as we know, we're the only rental in Murphys powered by solar and Tesla Powerwall batteries--great for the environment and virtually unreliant on the power company.

Welcome to Murphys Front Porch, brand new custom home, 5 minute walk to downtown historic Murphys, CA. This 2000 sq. ft. home is fabulous for a relaxing visit, while enjoying fine dining or casual dining as well as wine tasting, shopping at the charming boutiques in this delightful Gold country town. Explore local caverns, hiking at Calaveras Big Trees or Arnold rim trail, Boating at New Melones, fishing in a creek or river nearby, ski Bear Valley in the winter or relax on the front porch.

Perfect for 2 couples or one family. Modern heating/AC unit in each room. Cozy wood-fire stove in the living room (wood is available for purchase). Two decks. Outdoor gas fire pit for enchanting evenings. Fenced-in garden area for outdoor dog freedom.

Nearby destinations include Yosemite National Park, Big Trees, Dodge Ridge, Columbia Historic State Park, Historic Downtown Sonora, Ironstone Vineyards, New Melones Lake, Pinecrest Lake, Moaning Cavern, Natural Bridges and other popular Gold Country destinations.

Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas just 38 miles from Yosemite Natl Park, and 5 min from moccasin boat launch lake Don Pedro. Secluded on 47 acres, the newly built (2017) home is close to nature yet offers all the modern comforts. Outside you can enjoy activities in the mountains and lakes, or just relax and stargaze from the hot tub. The inside is spacious and tastefully decorated, including a modern gourmet kitchen and a luxe master suite with a fireplace and spa bathroom.

The Heard House, in the heart of downtown Murphys, is something very special! Vintage charm and character everywhere you turn, lovingly updated with today's comforts and 5-star amenities. Located one block off Main St, within easy walking distance to everything downtown, including the Murphys Hotel, shops and restaurants, two dozen wine tasting rooms, museum, park and river. A sunny, fenced and private 1/3 acre parcel nicely tucked back off the street, with no traffic or noise issues

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.
