Frogfield Annexe is a beautifully renovated self-contained one-bedroom 'cottage' attached to our home, set in 3 acres. You can enjoy the serenity of our surrounding gardens and arboretums with the convenience of being in the heart of the village, a 3 minute walk from the train station & a minute from the High St. Roam the grounds, play some croquet, and meet our 2 (very old) labradors, or alternatively, cosy up in front of the log burner for a quiet evening in. The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. The house is very warm and inviting,the downstairs is open plan with french doors out to a lovely rear garden with hot tub. There is lots of seating outside which catches the sun all day and is a lovely spot to enjoy the afternoon.
