Najbližje plaže v Ankaranu je oddaljena 4 km približno 7 km pa je do nove plaže v Kopru. V bližini je trgovina, pošta, bari, slaščičarna. Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.
