It is managed by Christian, an experienced host & heir to the Fratellini family, and his partner Beatrice, an architect & volunteer Airbnb Community Leader, who also oversaw the interior design.

It is an area full of "Italian life", and the market opens early in the morning, so sometimes there can be some noise, as in all the historical center of Bologna.

This is sometimes our office, and when we are not using it, it is tastefully set up with everything for two guests to have a comfortable stay in the very heart of Bologna. Because we had the opportunity to transform this whole space, we made every choice to use top-quality design and furnishing whenever possible from preserving the historic parquet to acquiring award winning design furniture.
