The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Located in the heart of the Musicians district, less than 10 mn by walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the train station, and 5 mn from the Alsace-Lorraine tram station that connects the airport, this bright appartment, fully new and completely equipped, composing of 2 comfortable double bedrooms, is close to all shops (bakery, pharmacy, food ... ). It is located on the 2nd and last floor of a small building with a long balcony overlooking a small quiet street.
